Workshop #1—Understanding The Doctrine And Work Of The Holy Spirit 

This class is designed to focus on the person and work of the Holy Spirit. This class will survey the doctrine of the Holy Spirit and several essential doctrines.  The students will be able to identify this doctrine with a holistic understanding and to analyze contemporary issues related to this doctrine in the 21st century.

 

 

Workshop #2—Aarons And Hurs:  The Important Role Of Associate Ministers

Moses had Aaron, Elijah had Elisha, and of course there was Jesus and the 12 disciples... every great minister must surround himself with spiritually gifted men to assist him in walking out the calling God has placed on his life.  Learn how to identify and draw those persons to your ministry.

 

 

Workshop #3—Building An Effective Sacred Dance Ministry 

This class is designed to share principles of how to develop and grow a sacred dance ministry, incorporate it in worship, and use it as an effective way to communicate the gospel and lead the church in worship.

 

 

Workshop #4—The Mission Minded Church

Organizational change is major for many church leaders and the churches for this class is designed to share how to develop and integrate sound biblical principles into effective mission and outreach.  It will cover the areas of local and global mission efforts in an attempt to create a mission mindset within your church’s ministry.

 

 

Workshop #5—Your Church Is Getting Older: Spiritual Development For The Elderly 

This class will share principles and strategies for effectively ministering to senior adults in the church and community.  It will provide a biblical basis, practical strategies and an understanding of the challenges affecting the elderly in the 21st century.

 

 

Workshop #6—Creating Hope: A Ministry For Widows And Widowers  

This class is designed to explore ministry strategies which will create hope, strengthen and engage widows and widowers in the church and ministry. 

 

 

Workshop #7—Think Orange: Family Home Discipleship 

This class is designed to share how the Church and Home can work together to affect the lives of families for Christ.  It will explore issues of family home discipleship as the foundation for continued Christian education in the church’s ministry.
